Charming Cranleigh Christmas – 23rd November

The Charming Cranleigh Christmas organisers invite all Christmas Crafters to sell their wares at the famous Cranleigh Christmas lights switch-on and lantern procession, which takes place on Saturday, November 23rd, from 12.00 to 19.00.

Event Details:

🎅✨ Father Christmas Lights Switch-On at 6 PM!
Join us as Father Christmas himself lights up Cranleigh with festive cheer! The Christmas lights will be switched on at 6 PM, so make sure you’re there to experience the magic!

🎠 Children’s Rides
Throughout the day, a selection of children’s rides will be located on High Street. It’s fun for all the little ones to enjoy!

🎨 Local Craft Stalls
Explore beautiful local craft stalls, perfect for picking up unique gifts or festive treats. These will be placed along the High Street, adding to the festive atmosphere.

🎶 Live Musical Entertainment
From midday until 7 PM, enjoy live music at Fountain Square featuring local talent. Expect a variety of festive tunes and entertainment to get you in the Christmas spirit!

📸 Photo Opportunity Outside the Village Hall
Step back in time and dress up in Dickensian costumes for a special Christmas photo outside the Village Hall! With a snow machine for added festive magic, it’s the perfect spot for memorable pictures. A small donation to the Lions charity is encouraged.

🕯 Lantern Procession
Don’t miss the magical Lantern Procession starting at 5:15 PM. Light up the High Street with beautiful lanterns as we prepare for the arrival of Father Christmas!

🚧 Road Closure
Please note that the High Street will be closed for the event from 5 PM to 7 PM, ensuring a safe and festive experience for all.
