This all levels yoga class will be suitable for all, though a bit of yoga experience is recommended. We will start seated on the floor with some breathing and stretching exercises, followed by a standing and balancing sequence. The class will be flowing in nature, so expect to build strength and flexibility, with variations given for all abilities. The end of our class will be stretch focused with a calming relaxation element. Each week the class will vary, so we will be incorporating new postures throughout the 5 week block. You will need a yoga mat and if you have blocks, please bring them.
