Destination Cranleigh is delighted to announce the launch of its Shop Local Loyalty Card initiative, which goes live on Monday, 14th July, and runs through until Saturday, November 29th, finishing at the Charming Cranleigh Christmas Lights Switch-On.

1. Eligibility

• The loyalty scheme is open to individuals aged 16 and over.
• Only fully paid or levy payment plan approved businesses with the Cranleigh Business Improvement District area are eligible to be included in the scheme.

2. Earning Points / Stamps

• Stamps are earned by making a purchase at participating businesses.
• Some products or services may be excluded at the discretion of the participating business.
• Stamps maybe voided on refunded items.

3. Redemption

• Shop Local vouchers can only be redeemed at participating businesses.
• Completed cards must be submitted before 29th November 2025.
• Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Expired cards cannot be redeemed.
• The prize draw will take place during the Charming Cranleigh Christmas festivities on Saturday 29 th November.

4. Lost or Stolen Cards

• Lost or stolen loyalty cards will not be replaced.
• Customers are responsible for safeguarding their cards.

5. Termination or Changes

• The scheme may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Individual businesses may leave the scheme at their discretion.
• All loyalty rewards must be redeemed within [e.g. 6 months] of the scheme ending (Saturday 29 th November).

6. General Conditions

• The loyalty card remains the property of Cranleigh BID Ltd
• Misuse of the scheme may result in disqualification.
• Any attempt to defraud the scheme will result in removal from participation and possible legal action.

7. Privacy

• Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of the scheme and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
